Step by Step:

1. Submit a scaled drawing of your custom pattern selection, or provide our design team with the elements necessary for translation that captures your inspiration. (Please include floor plans indicating where the carpet will be.)
   
   
2. You'll receive a written price quote, registered with a price quote number, good for 30 days.
   
   
3. With an approved quote, our team will produce a CAD rendering of a custom design for your apporval, along with scale and pattern repeats. (Allow 7-10 working days.)
   
   
4. With approved artwork, we produce a custom strike-off - a rendering of your design in carpet from. (Allow 5 - 7 working days.)
   
   
5. Once you approve the strike-off, submit your purchase order and deposit, and we will schedule your custom for production and provide a delivery date. We will also provide the proposed seam placement for installation.
